LOCATION: We are located at 301 E ML King Blvd in the former Peach Cobbler Factory between Grass Roots and Modus Builders and if you have any trouble finding us the peach cobbler sign is still up over our space for the moment while we save and arrange for new signage.

PARKING: There is Park Mobile street parking in front of our space and a Bright base lot to the right of the building. The Park Mobile Street parking is free on Sundays! We also have a parking info reel pinned to our social media pages for reference. ​

Eating out should be enjoyable for ALL.
However, that is often not the case for those with Celiac Disease and food allergies. Therefore, we have overcome multiple obstacles and went about things in a bit of an unconventional way to create something that didn't yet exist in the Chattanooga area, a space where everyone in your party can fully enjoy a meal without worry. Community
We support our local community by serving as a location for a Hope Community Fridge Pantry, a mutual aid project where you leave what you can and take what you need. Please consider bringing by shelf stable goods or if you just went gluten free you can bring in your new and sealed glutenous items for the pantry too!

We make a point to support other small businesses focusing on sourcing as many products as possible from local and/or women owned businesses including Chattanooga Culture, Cha Cha Masala Chai, Bird Fork Farm, Frequency Fillery, Matcha Nude, Summer Sun Coffee, and more! We also provide retail space to many local artisans so you can shop while you wait! Find links to many of the business we support below in our Connect Section!

Sustainability
We seek to be as low waste as possible to support this beautiful floating rock that sustains our life. So, keep a reusable container in your car or grab one on your way out the door so you can use it to pick up your to-go food or bakery items and join us in this effort.
We work with New Terra to recycle and compost the majority of our waste (they have residential service too!) and we serve as a refill station for Frequency Fillery where you can reduce the rate of your landfill waste by refilling many household and personal use products. Integrity
As a dedicated gluten-free establishment, we make every effort to ensure that every product we use is gluten-free. We monitor the recalls of any gluten free products that have been found to be cross contaminated during factory production. However, we cannot be certain that we will always catch those situations so please keep yourself informed and feel free to ask us any questions about the products we use. A good site to follow to stay informed is Gluten Free Watchdog.

We work to inform and educate our staff on allergen safe procedures to prevent cross contact with any allergens that are present in our kitchen (dairy, eggs, nuts, sesame, corn, etc.) While we cannot guarantee no cross contact with any of those items, we are happy to chat with you about our procedures and any allergens you have.
